Timothy M. Johnson, Assistant Pastor – was born to the late Rev. Milton L. and Loretta Johnson in Houston, Texas. He has been a member of the Good Shepherd Missionary Baptist Church from infancy and accepted Christ as his Savior in 1970 and was baptized by his father Pastor M.L. Johnson, founder of Good Shepherd M.B.C.
Timothy was married on July 9, 1988 to Karen D. Wilson, the Lord blessed them with two children a daughter Chancenique and a son Kedran. He was called to the preaching ministry on August 22, 1991, preached his first sermon on August 31, 1991, licensed on November 24, 1991, ordained October 31, 1993 and was named Assistant Pastor in December 2007.
He currently assists Pastor Skinner in various areas of serving the ministry such as worship leadership, bible study teaching, business and budget administration. God has called him to serve wherever Pastor Skinner needs assistance and striving to be his armor bearer in whatever he needs.
